THE PRACTICE

My mission is to help families live their healthiest and most robust lives. My style is motivating, realistic and approachable.  Through one-on-one or group education, I aim to empower parents to make behavior changes to help them reach their own personal and family goals.  I truly believe that if you Eat Healthy and Move Daily, you will Live Well.

I created Julia S. Buckley Nutrition with a focus on the whole family from pregnant women to new Moms, infants to adolescents, and parents juggling busy lives at all stages while trying to maintain healthy habits.  My specialties include ensuring proper nutrition through every phase of pregnancy and infant development, feeding strategies for parents and families of picky eaters or those who struggle with navigating food allergies, as well as nutrition for adolescents and youth athletes.

With my clinical training, I am also able to provide medical nutrition therapy for a number of conditions in pediatrics and adults including, but not limited to:

  • Failure to thrive or inadequate weight gain / growth

  • Feeding tubes, in both pediatric and adult populations
